eye-popping bright??

Chiffon Double-Layered Shirred Waist Skirt is the only one thing that comes in my mind.

I am in absolutely love with this skirt from American Apparel. It's so lightweight and the great

thing about this skirt is you can wear it in so many different ways. I must say one of the buys

that will have you looking great and feeling worthy.

*P.S. If you are wondering, the above picture was taken long time ago; recently weather's been too bad so NO beach :(

Yesterday went to work like this with the Topshop crop top

Check out all the steps I've done below

SKIRT WORN AS A DRESS

*STEP 1*	*STEP2*
*Wear a tube top.And lift up the top layer of the skirt***	*Also need Some Skinny belt or ribbon. I am using* *skinny ribbon belt*


*STEP3*	*STEP4*	*STEP5*
*After lifting up the top layer of* *skirt put the skinny belt* *across your chest.*	Tighten the belt. Now pull all the excess layer of skirt up and over the skinny belt	*Adjust the ruffles at the back of the dress too*


*STEP 6*	*STEP 7*	*AND*
*Also need a waist belt that goes around the waist*	Now, Tighten the belt.	*Dress is READY !!!*

that is one of the most creative things i've seen.. ha, i would have never thought of that. when i read "skirt worn as a dress", the first thing that came up in my mind was to just pull it up but that would just be stupid becuase the skirt is too short already, haha.
love this.. can't wait to try it with one of my skirts :)
